A new video from KanYe West surfaced this week. This is "Coldest Winter" from 808s & Heartbreak. I'm pretty sure he's made a video for just about every song on the album now.

HENDT/LANDS AND BONES...

Hendt/Lands and Bones is a new double a-side 12" via Warp showcasing two up and coming San Francisco based producers, EPROM and Eskmo. Both cuts have that dark electronic future R&B vibe. Good stuff.

LONG LIVE THE PLAN...

Earlier this month Manchester resident Illum Sphere released a new collection of songs called Long Live the Plan via Fat City.



I'm just now getting hip to it and I must say I quite like it. Check out "Never Lie Twice" after the jump. It's my favorite track on the EP. Fans of Flying Lotus and Nosaj Thing will be all over this one.

In conjunction with Stones Throw Records, Stussy has created a special 3-part documentary that celebrates the life and times of the late James Dewitt Yancey, better known to the world as J Dilla.

I NEED A DOLLAR...

Out this week via Stones Throw is I Need A Dollar/Take Me Back, the new 12" from emcee turned singer/songwriter Aloe Blacc. The a-side, "I Need A Dollar" recently made it's debut as the theme song to the new HBO series How To Make It In America.

DISCO DYNAMITE...

Blu + Mainframe, collectively known as Johnson&Jonson, just launched a new multi-dimensional entertainment company called New World Color. To celebrate, the duo released a slew of new music via their website including this new video for "Disco Dynamite". Check it.

CONVERSE CHUCK TAYLOR FIRST STRING...

Originally made for the military in the 1960s, the First String Chuck Taylors have a clean, modern feel with monochromatic rubber outsoles and chambray uppers with contrast stitching.
