LV SNEAKERS BY YEEZY (AGAIN)...

Of the many styles/colorways I've seen on the internet thus far, these and the all reds are my favs. Now if only somebody would donate $600 to the cause!

THE TRUTH IS HERE...

Brother Ali (one of my favorite MCs doing it) is back with The Truth Is Here, a mini release of sorts featuring b-sides and unreleased tracks.



Once again, Ali kills it behind the mic. Take for example "Philistine David", where he spits from the perspective of a teenage Palestinian struggling with his future as a potential suicide bomber. Skills.

SILENT IN TRUTH...

German electronic/hip-hop label Project Mooncircle released their latest compilation last week entitled Silent In Truth. The album features heady instrumental joints from a bevy of artists including Jahbitat, Mr Cooper, Mat Young, and 40 Winks in addition to vocal contributions from John Robinson (f/ DOOM) and Mathematik.

Project Mooncircle continues to deliver in their mission to "stop the destructive elements of the music business and bring music back to the people." For a sample, check out Jahbitat's "Timber (An Ode To Trees Gone)" below.

OPTIMIST...

Minneapolis MC P.O.S. comes through with a new video for "Optimist", his second from Never Better, his latest release on Rhymesayers. Quality video treatment reminiscent of Aesop Rock's "Fast Cars".

WAY DOWN...

Yet another video from N.A.S.A. This is "Way Down" featuring RZA, Barbie Hatch & John Frusciante taken from The Spirit of Apollo.

NET/NET...

NIKE SPORTSWEAR AIR YEEZY...

If the reports are true, this will be the first official colorway of the Nike Sportswear Air Yeezy to drop (scheduled for an April release).
