Okay, let's talk about some of the records that dropped while I was away. First up is Sky from Dâm-Funk, the 5th (and final) release in his Toeachizown project. More electro-boogie funk goodness from the don of the genre.

Dâm-Funk returns with Life, the 3rd digital release (of 5) from his Toeachizown project. This particular batch of songs focuses on "relationships" and features vocals from Dâm himself on every track.

Electro-funk don Dâm-Funk is back with Fly, the 2nd digital release (of 5) from his Toeachizown project. Pure "electric-space-funk" goodness.

TOEACHIZOWN VOL. 1: LATRIK...

Dâm-Funk is serious about his funk. How serious you ask? His new album Toeachizown is being released as a 5LP set with more than two and a half hours of music. Yeah, that serious.

The first volume, LAtrik, is available now in digital format at the Stones Throw online store and will hit this fall on vinyl. The funk is strong with this one.
