THERE IS LOVE IN YOU...

Five years removed from his last solo album Four Tet returns today with There Is Love In You, his most focused work to date.

The album was developed and refined during an extended stint as a resident DJ at London club Plastic People. The result is a heady and somber "dance" record that imparts a sense of warmth and brightness on the listener.

Early candidate for album of the year? Me thinks so. Check out "Angel Echoes" after the jump for proof.

SAY GOODBYE TO WHAT...

Budding electronic producer Bullion returns with Say Goodbye To What, his latest single for One-Handed Music.

The single is a busy piece of work with chunky congas, crisp handclaps, guitar riffs, and an otherworldly vocal sample all vying for your attention. It comes together nicely though, check it out after the jump.

LE PLAISIR/CHEMISE...

In advance of their debut full-length, French duo Souleance (Soulist + Fulgeance) have dropped a new 7" via First Word called Le Plaisir/Chemise.

The a-side is hot, but the b-side is a bonafide burner. "Chemise" is a re-edit of a disco/boogie favorite from the 80's with that classic Souleance touch applied. Pure dance floor dynamite. Check it out after the jump.
